    Feel relaxed and energised at the same. This breath-based yin class will help calm the mind and help you stay present with the movement of the breath and body. A deeply relaxing class - lovely after a long, challenging day.

  • 24 min Release The Day and Soften

    A smooth, gentle restorative flow. Perfect if you've been on your feet all day, feeling stressed or just need some time out for self care and recuperation.

  • 25 min Yinliscious

    Balance out your yang with a full body yin reset. I personally find yin very energising. Allow this practice to ground you, help soothe your nervous system and create focus and clarity of mind. A great class to break up your yang practice.

  • 30 Min Restore then Flow

    Tension cannot thrive in a relaxed body.
    Warming up with restorative, rejuvenating poses then gliding into a fluid flow.

  • 60 Min Nourish Yourself Deeply 50% Restorative, 50% Slow Flow

    We begin with longer, restorative poses to gently open up our body then glide into a smooth Slow Flow.
    This class placed a primary focus on our 3-part breath:
    Exhale = detoxification & release.           
    Pause = digestion & reflection.
    Inhale = Renewal and Energy.

  • 60 Min Restore Then Flow

    We starting slow, mindful and gentle. Holding our poses for around 5-10 breaths, working up to a tender Fluid Flow.
